"Tim is the epitome of 'the servant leader.' He is conscientious and fair and very hard-working. As a department manager, he has stepped up to responsibilities for the anesthesia department admirably and also manages to carry a full case load. The challenges of staffing this department with 1/2 FT staff and 1/2 Locum has been met with stick-to-it-evness! He teaches and shares knowledge to bring every team member into understanding anesthesia roles, challenges, and duties. All that, and managing, with his wife, a large family and volunteering and even serving on our local school board. He has been my excellent co-worker for years and is doing an excellent job as dept. manager. But he 'took the cake' yesterday when he changed my flat tire after work."
