"Deana not only believes in the core values of BBGH, but she models them every day. She is always willing to pitch in where needed, and usually does so without being asked. She offers to help cover areas outside of her responsibility just to ensure others are taken care of. Regardless of the stress and work load she continues to have a positive attitude and is committed to ensuring her work is of the highest quality. She takes time to research and obtain knowledge necessary to lead us in our journey for our EMR and reporting needs. She is always willing to come in early, stay late, cover call, and be flexible with her schedule to meet the demands of our facility. Deana is an amazing co-worker and friend."
