Congratulations to our May Employee of the Month, Occupational Therapist Hannah Crank! You can read her nomination below:

"I would like to nominate Hannah Crank, occupational therapist, for employee of the month. Hannah has been with BBGH for 3 years now and has devoted her time as an occupational therapist to develop and promote a pediatric occupational therapy program. Her expertise, compassion, and contributions as a pediatric occupational therapist are endless and unnoticed with our therapy team. In order to build the occupational therapy program that she has, Hannah has attended numerous continuing education courses, such as a course to provide therapy for those with autism or sensory processing disorders, as well as a feeding course to assist pediatric patients explore new types of foods and also provides assistance to improve their fine motor skills. All of her kiddos love “Miss Hannah” and they are so lucky to have her as their occupational therapist. 

Along with continuing education courses, Hannah has provided presentations for local providers in Alliance as well as the Panhandle to educate them on the pediatric therapy services she can provide for the youth of this community. She also exemplifies all areas of what BBGH strives for, I’m thankful for her teamwork as she isn’t afraid to help out when she may be needed somewhere else if it isn’t pediatric therapy. I’m extremely proud of her accomplishments and it has been an honor to watch her build this program while doing something she loves. For these reasons, I think Hannah is deserving of this award!”
