"Janelle Trickler, Registered Nurse, has always been an employee who is known to go above and beyond. She not only leads the Infusion department well, but she is also the person that other departments call upon when they need a helping hand. Janelle recognizes that there are many pieces to the puzzle when providing exceptional patient care, and she goes above and beyond daily to ensure our patients receive only the best care. Janelle creates an environment of trust with providers, staff, and patients. She is extremely relatable and builds strong relationships with patients and makes an experience that may not be extremely enjoyable more enjoyable for them. Our Vision at BBGH is to be ‘the greatest place to receive care, to work, to practice medicine’ and Janelle demonstrates those values daily. Janelle leads by example and motivates others to follow her lead to provide the highest level of care. We are very lucky to have her as a nurse here at BBGH.”
